Process flow
01 Preprocessing

02 Precipitation
Drain the mud into a pool deep enough and allow it to settle naturally, depending on the viscosity of the mud and the concentration of solid particles. During this process, gravity causes the solid particles to gradually sink while the water floats on top.
03 Separation
After the second step is completed, the separated water is pumped out, leaving solid particles at the bottom, often called mud cake, which are then further separated using a centrifuge to reduce the moisture content.
04 Wastewater treatment
A large amount of wastewater is generated during the slurry treatment process. These wastewaters may contain high concentrations of suspended particulates and organic matter and require further treatment to meet discharge standards. Polyacrylamide can be used to treat these wastewater. As a polymer organic matter, polyacrylamide can effectively flocculate suspended particles in the water and form larger flocs, thereby effectively removing impurities in the wastewater, improving transparency, and making the effluent water quality finally meet the discharge standards.
05Recycling
Wastewater can be recycled after treatment. Through techniques such as filtration and distillation, the treated water can be reused to formulate construction mud, thereby reducing the need for water resources.
