Product Description:

Polyacrylamide is divided into cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM), anionic polyacrylamide(APAM) and nonionic polyacrylamide(NPAM) Cationic polyacrylamide is a linear polymer compound. Because it has a variety of active groups, it can form affinity and adsorption with many substances to form hydrogen bonds. It mainly flocculates negatively charged colloids, and has the functions of turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, and adhesion. It is suitable for organic colloids in industries such as dyeing, papermaking, food, construction, metallurgy, mineral processing, coal powder, oil fields, aquatic product processing, and fermentation. Especially suitable for wastewater treatment with high content, such as dehydration treatment of urban sewage, municipal sludge, papermaking sludge and other industrial sludge.

Application Fields:

Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is a linear polymer compound soluble in water, with a molecular weight between 6 million and 12 million. Cationic PAM is electropositive in acidic or alkaline media, which can effectively treat sewage Flocculation and sedimentation of sewage with negatively charged suspended particles. It is mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation processes, including sedimentation, clarification, concentration, sludge precipitation and sludge dewatering processes. The main industries used are: urban sewage treatment, paper industry, food processing industry, petrochemical Wastewater treatment in industry, metallurgical industry, mineral processing industry, dyeing industry, sugar industry and various industries. During use, it is sometimes used together with anionic polyacrylamide, polyaluminum chloride(industrial grade PAC or drinking water grade PAC) and PFS Polymeric Ferric Sulfate according to the situation.


Packaging & Storage:

Polyacrylamide is generally packed in 25kg, woven bag, pp bags or paper-plastic composite bags, and can also be packed according to customer requirements.
The number of stacking layers shall not exceed 20, and the shelf life is 2 years. The products must be stored in a cool, shading, ventilated and dry place, and pay attention to moisture.
